1994 American eagle gold coin
Released by the United States mint in November of 1986, the Silver Eagle coin is the official silver bullion of the U. S. Guaranteed to have one troy ounce of 99.9% pure silver, this coin has a face value of one dollar. Along with the purity, the U. S. Mint certifies the weight and content of the silver eagle. After the introduction of the silver bullion coin, the U. S. Mint added a proof version and an uncirculated version for use by coin collectors. The silver eagle was minted in Philadelphia, San Francisco, and West Point.
